Tune Up Kit for USQ1152 Motor to Pentair Superflo 340039

I need to replace an A.O.SMITH USQ1152 motor which is connected to a Pentair Superflo 34-0039 pump.

Do you have a recommended replacement seal kit that I also need?

Hello BarryHebert - The correct tune up kit for your Pentair SuperFlo pump is GOKIT78. The kit includes the shaft seal, drain plug o-ring, lid o-ring, diffuser o-ring and seal plate o-ring.

Received the package today.  Thanks for the prompt shipment.  Just to clarify, included was an “APCK1183” repair kit.  Is this the same GOKIT78 tune up kit referenced above?  Thank you.
