What is the weight limit to the Grand Entrance A/G step? Also, it says it fits a flat bottom pool. Our bottom is flat, but the walls have a curve. Will this work for our setup?

Per the owner manual, the weight limit is 400lbs. As long as the ground is level you should be able to install it. You can take a look at the installation manual for more in depth information.

You mention that the Grand Entrance Step requires weight to keep it weighted down. What is needed to hold it down?

This requires sand be poured into the step to hold the step in place. You can take a look at the owner's manual for further explanation and in depth detail.

Is this white or taupe? We are looking for a taupe entry stair. What comes in taupe, if this does not?

Unfortunately the Grand Entrance steps are only available in white. You can take a look at the 26" Drop in Step or the 36" Dual Handrail Drop in Step. Both are available in taupe.
