Q:Do you have a better installation guide than the Oasis owner's manual?
A:Here is the link to the Jandy waterfall installation guide: http://www.inyopools.com/owners_manual/jandy_sheer_descent_waterfall.pdf. This installation guide is more thorough than the Oasis guide, but the installation is the same for both manufacturers.

Q:Is there a maximum height that this waterfall can be installed up too? I am planning on having it at 12 feet.
A:For the Rainforest Waterfall there is no maximum height requirement.

Q:What matterial is the product made of, is it stainless steel,plastic, or any other?
A:All of the oasis waterfalls are made out of PVC.
