Hi, You would have to contact a service technician to troubleshoot the unit. We do not have a manual or a troubleshooting guide for this hot tub.

Hello Pedro, the Filter, Cartridge 50 Sq. Ft. Generic (c-4950) - NFC2390 would be the correct cartridge for your spa, please double check your product specifications to see if it matches your current.
