The spider gaskets can be glued on the flat side using a thin bead of clear RTV silicone.

BASIC INFO: Pentair triton II sand filter (PN: 140264). Side mount multiport diverter valve. 1.5" plumbing ( Pentair part number: 27-1140.) Valve is 6 position (white or cream colored). I need the spider gasket.
Is the correct seal/gasket kit APCK 1067? Thanks

Hello Pat, the APCK1067 PacFab MPV 1.5" Tune Up Kit is all the orings and spider gasket for the SM10-2. If you are only wanting spider gasket its part 4600-1104 Gasket, Diverter 1 1/2in (e-12-s1 1 1/2") - 271104.

Removed 6 screws and nuts holding valve body, be sure not to drop nuts, use a cup underneath to catch when they come loose. Removed old spider gasket and dried/cleaned groves. Glued new gasket down with gel superglue, and let sit for 20 minutes. Replaced valve top and tightened screws. Works perfectly.
