DOES THE 4 HOLES WHERE THE XLSCS COVER IS INSTALLED HAVE TO BE ENLARGED. THE EXISTING HOLES R TOO SMALL TO ACCEPT THE SCREWS W/BLACK HEADS. IT SEEMS THAT A SMALLER SCREW WOULD FIT.

Hi, Malcolm. The screw holes on the hinges do not have to be altered to use the screws.

Are there other size display covers. this one is too long. My old one is shorter in length

Good Morning. Hope you doing well. Unfortunately, we do not have any other security covers for other units. This will fit older model heaters such as the H125 & H155. Thanks Robert Brown AquaCal Tech Support
