RUGGED COMMERCIAL MESH SAFETY COVER! INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH MESH IS OUR HIGHEST QUALITY SAFETY COVER!
Our Commercial Mesh covers are manufactured with industrial-grade mesh fabric that will withstand heavier snow loads, extreme wind, longer exposure to harmful UV rays and will last 2 TIMES longer than a standard mesh cover. Covers are made with 5'x 5' reinforcing straps that make them 50% stronger than traditional mesh safety covers with a break strength of over 5200 lbs. Reinforced straps and super tough mesh means the Commercial Mesh cover resist deck abrasion much better. Our tight weave mesh provides your pool with two layers of protection. Since the covers' weave is so tight it provides almost total shade, which reduces algae growth in the spring. The mesh screens out all but the finest debris, but allows the cover to drain eliminating spring cover pumping. Since almost no dirt or debris get into your pool and the water is virtually algae free ? spring opening is quick & easy. The cover is loaded with UV inhibitors so Commercial Mesh will last for many years in areas with intense sunlight. All this performance comes in a lightweight cover that is easy to remove and install. Commercial Mesh covers are installed like conventional safety covers, using brass anchors and stainless steel springs. This premium cover comes complete with anchors, stainless steel springs, installation tool, storage bag and compete installation instructions. It is built for longevity and strength, and is backed by a 25-Year Warranty. Available in Black.
If my pool size does not exactly match one of the covers you have listed, is it possible to use a cover that's close to its size and shape?

We highly recommend when it comes to safety covers that if your pool size or shape is not listed in the Cover section that you complete a Custom Safety Cover Form. This is also used for pools that do not have the required 36" deck width the full circumference of the pool. As well as if a pool has non-removable items within 18" of the pool deck.

(4 out of 5 stars) Watch for "flying missiles."

Pros: Nice cover
Cons: Don't follow the factory spring installation configuration, use common sense and put them on right!
Overall I believe the cover is stout and fits my 20 x 40 pool with end steps perfectly! Since this was a replacement cover, I was concerned about my original cover anchors not being in the the same location as what was needed for the new one, but evidently there is an industry standard for that, so we didn't have to install the new anchors that came with the cover, the old one's worked great making the job much easier. When it came to installing the springs to the side straps the instructions say to use the one "factory installed" spring as a guide as to how to install the rest of them; so we did. That's when the trouble began! We went around and installed all the springs on the cover first, just like the factory installed one was put on and then began to hook them up. The first one was easy of course as there was no resistance, when we started stretching the second one on, the strap slipped some. When we started on the third one, as I was pulling on the tool to stretch the spring, the strap came completely loose, I lost my balance and fell on my "you know what" and the "hog ring" came flying off the cover and flew clear across to the other end of the 40 foot pool! If one of my grandchildren had been standing in front of me, it could have been a major disaster!! We stopped; assessed the situation and decided maybe we had the springs too tight, so we loosened them up some and tried again, after a few straps were on, it was obvious the cover was way too loose and hanging down into the pool, no way our dogs could run out on their trampoline and play; definitely NOT right! We tightened them back up and this time when we stretched on the "factory installed" spring, off came the hog ring again! That was enough for me, something is definitely not right here! Nobody had been injured or died yet, but it was time to do something different due to these "flying missiles." We reassessed the way the straps went on and after several different configurations decided on a totally different way that common sense told me would work. My conclusion was that whoever put the factory one on was either told to do it wrong or may have been drunk that day! At this point we went back, took all the springs off and started over, putting them on the way we decided they should be and "lo and behold" everything went just fine. A nice taunt cover with no slipping straps and not one hog ring was even trying to come off, no matter how tight we pulled the cover! I would probably have given this cover a 5 star rating if it wasn't for this problem. So my advice to the cover manufacturer would be to retrain your employees on how to fasten the springs on properly or fire the drunk!
