Product Description

Pool Winter Cover for Inground Pools - 15 Year Warranty (3 Yr. Full) - Forest Green Color

Our mid-priced cover has all of the strength and durability to insure years of winter protection. Heavier woven polyethylene scrim and coating make our Silver grade cover strong and able to withstand wind, sleet and snow. The cover is U.V. stabilized to protect it from the harmful effects of the sun. It features a black underside to retard algae growth and heat sealed seams to insure a crystal clear pool next spring.

Our Silver cover comes with loops every four feet to secure water bags and corner grommets allow for extra tie down in windy areas. The cover is 5 feet longer and wider than the pool size and it is backed by a 15 year warranty (3 years full rated).

STRONG, LONG-LASTING WOVEN STRANDS
The strength of a winter cover determined by the weight, or "denier", of the individual stands. Arctic Armor strands are 50% stronger than the competition.

NO MORE ALGAE GROWTH!
Arctic Armor covers are constructed of an extremely tight weave fabric that does not allow light to pass through. Without sunlight, algae cannot grow!

You have a few different covers to choose from. I see you make mention of the "scrim". How does the scrim relate to the quality of the winter pool cover?

The scrim count refers to the Polyethylene strip count contained within a square inch of winter cover. This is identical to comparing thread count on bed sheets. The higher the scrim count the better your winter pool cover will hold up against the harsh winter elements.
