Does the X7 cleaner require two different pumps? And will it clean a fiberglass pool?

Started using Baracuda X7 for first time this year yesterday. First time since last year. Have a 18x36 inground with a 10' deep end. I start the unit in the shallow end and it works it's way to the deep end, but ends up getting hung up in the deep end and stops working. Have tried several things & looking for ideas to get this to work. One thing to note: we installed a new liner last year, but as I recall had no problems when using...... Maybe weight is too close to cleaner?

Gary- Here is what I would check on your Baracuda X7 Quattro Pool Cleaner to see if this helps:• Use Flow Gauge to verify proper flow. Reduce flow to move cleaner off the walls. • Ensure return fittings are directed down. Add a return diverter if necessary. • Make sure hose is not coiled or kinked. Lay in sun to straighten if necessary. • Verify correct hose weight positioning: 29 inches (1 m) from cleaner. • Verify that the engine assembly spins freely inside the cleaner body. • Confirm proper hose length
