PROTECT YOUR WINTER COVER FROM DAMAGE DUE TO HIGH WINDS
Protect your winter cover from high winds with this stretchable, poly blend film. When gusty winter winds get up and under your cover, that flapping can cause wear and tear, decreasing the life of the cover. Winter Cover Seal wraps around your above ground pool to firmly hold down the cover and guard against wind damage. Stretchable and designed to hold on tight, Winter Cover Seal stays on your pool even in extreme cold. UV protection is built into the special poly blend material to guard against sun damage.
Winter Cover Seal also protects against dirt and debris getting under the cover, meaning a cleaner pool when you reopen in the spring. One box is sufficient for above ground pools up to and including 24' round (will wrap around a 24' round pool about six times). Two boxes recommended for larger pools.

How is this product applied to the edge of the pool? Is it rolled out or shrink wrapped? Please advise.

It is rolled / wrapped around the outside of your pool and clings to the pool using what is known as a polyblend film. No heat or shrink wrapping is required.

Pros: easy to use
this item is a very tight fit, it seems to be working well so far we will see when the strong winds come along this winter.....it is a very good idea for a what seems to be a common product, thicker plastic wrap... :)

We ordered the winter cover seal from INYO recently along with a pool cover. When we received it in the mail at first I thought, what a joke, it looks like plastic wrap! As I started wrapping it around the pool I changed my mind. We live in Kansas and have ALOT of wind here and always had a problem in the past with the wind blowing under our cover, this product will make that impossible. We have only had it on about a week but can already tell its going to work great.

What a great idea, where I live it seems we get alot of wind anymore and I was concerned about being able to keep the cover on the pool this winter. The wrap secures the cover to the sides of the pool and you get plenty to go around several times its great.
