How does the Hayward SP2805x7 pump come apart to replace the pump shaft seal kit?

Is this pump adequate for a 10000 gal 12x24 pool? What is the flow rate with approx 45ft of head?

This would flow approx 35 GPM , which if everything else is sized correctly would be adequate for this pool
