The PB313EK and PB314EK kits are the digital replacement timers for the Intermatic Freeze Protection Controls (PF Series). These compact Electronic Timer Replacements are specially suited for applications where equipment needs to be cycled ON and cycled OFF up to 8 times per day, and where automatic operation of the equipment requires occasional override by someone other than a qualified service professional. They offer rugged construction, resistance to surges and humidity, operate between wide temperature extremes and come with a 5 year service life replaceable lithium battery. A light indicator illuminates when the timer is in the ON position. The select feature allows timers to be continuously ON, OFF or in Auto mode.

NOTE- PB313EK Series Electronic Timer kits are designed for applications where PB Series Mechanical Timers need to be replaced. The connected load must not exceed the ratings of these timers. Applicable for timers with the SPDT switch, 240 Volts and 50-60 Hz. The kits contain all the necessary hardware for a speedy repair or exchange.
I need to replace the digital timer in an Intermatic PF1102T Time Control with Freeze Protection. Do I need a PB314E or PB314EK? What additional items are included in the BP314EK kit? Thanks.

Hi JR, You would need the PB314EK. The PB314EK kit contain all the necessary hardware for a speedy repair or exchange.

A previous reviewer had suggested this item and said it was easy to do. I still thought it would take at least an hour. Bottom line is that I was done in 20 minutes and saved because I didn't have to replace the whole mechanism, only the timer. I would recommend this to everyone.
