unistalled other by unscrewing two pvc fittins. Removed 3 wires and reinstalled onto new, identical pump. Attached input and outflow lines. Pump worked fine but it seems there is some type of clog in system on=bstructing inflow. I am in process of cleaning input and out flow pipes with both water pressure - on a hose attached to an infiltable fillable as well as using a plumber's snake. Hope to get it working
