Do you have another product that could be used as a replacement for this screw? Or do I need to use this screw for the impeller to operate properly?

We, unfortunately, do not have another replacement screw however you can try and confirm if there is a new replacement by contacting Jandy at 1 (800) 822-7933. These impellers are merely threaded onto the motor shaft which is enough. The screw merely acts as an extra way to secure it.
