Is this system sufficent for a 24 round 6 ft deep above ground pool?

We have an 20'x48" round. Is this too much pump for that size? We have a problemail with it not staying clean and our pump now won't move our vacuum.

Yes this is a sufficient pump and filter combo for that sized pool. That should have plenty of suction and water return pressure.

I have one of your filters and the instructions tell me to mix DE with water and place in the skimmers. I doesn't state how many cans of DE to mix up...can you help me?

Hello Stewart, 1-1/2LBS is required for this PNEC0060OE1160 filter. If you go to the Product specifications, it will show you how many LBS per filter.
