Pls explain what is meant by vinyl liner ladder. Can the ladder be marine grade stainless steel and vinyl liner at the same time?

This ladder is titled Vinyl Liner Ladder because it is designed for vinyl line pools. This ladder comes with rubber bumpers to protect the liner from the marine grade steel ladder.

# 1 is this a direct replacement for an in ground Ester Williams pool
# 2 is the ladder tube pocket c/c 20” ( where the ladder mounts to the pool deck)
# 3 what are the tube diameters I/d-o/d
# 4 are the steps (3ea) stainless steel or plastic?
