I need a part for my Dolphin pool cleaner but I don't see it on the parts breakdown. Is there still a chance you may still have it?

The manufacturer which is Maytronics, does not offer all parts for sale. If you don't see a part on the breakdown you can give us a call. For parts that they do not consider "DIY (do it yourself), you will need to contact them and send in the cleaner for repair.

Pros: Easy to operate.
Cons: Not sure how the adjustable handle affects the cleaning performance? Operation manual was sparce with information as to the operation of the unit!
I was disappointed with the user manual, it did not provide for any referance to replacement parts. How do you get replacement bags? After careful investigation the clips and springs holding the bottom plate do not seem that they will last 3 years, along with the plastic clips that hold the internal bag in place!

This unit does a great job but has one problem. The cord gets tangled up in a mess every time I us it. It needs some kind of swiveling coupling to prevent this from happening. Turning the top of the machine each time is a wasted effort, it just tangles in the opposite direction.

This unit replaced an old one that worked well for many years. So I bought the Commander again. I expect the same good cleaning and life from it. (Use the pool brush to rettrieve the unit - hauling it out by the cord is not the best.)

Cons: Instructional booklete is stupid and very vague..
We have an older pool and live in the country, where there is dust and leaves. This cleaner picked up every leaf and dust particle. We cleaned the pool and ran the cleaner, thinking we got it all, but it continued to pick up tiny particles. Excellent

Cons: instructions booklet is not helpful...very little instructions
I purchased my original Dolphin Diagnostic pool cleaner about four years ago. Initally, it gave me great service, however, age and use was tking it's toll. My new model is faster and more efficient cleaning my pool.

Cons: owners manual is trash !!!!!
Seems to work. Has no set pattern. Just wanders, aimlessly, but in the AM the pool is clean. Owners manual is a sick joke. Consists of 26 pictures, and only 7 with a single line of instructions (but written in 8 languages). INYO referred me to the Medtronics (manufacturer), who will not return phone calls. Still, I saved $400.00 over my local pool store, and it does clean the bottom well. Easy to empty the bag, and it has a long 65' cord. I would get another, if it keeps working as is. I have a large pool, L shaped, andit gets it all.

Pros: Effectiveness doing its job & 3 yr warranty
Cons: Needs to be stored after each use.
Effective at total cleaning of pool floor, particuliarly small debris and micro items such as dust-like silt & dead alge, things the old Polaris would only stir up in the pool until hopefully the main drain caught it.
