New for the 2008 pool season - we are pleased to introduce our latest step entry system - the COMBO! The combo entry incorporates half of our popular AF step with half of our new ladder. We have thought differently for this unit; we have put the step outside the pool and the ladder inside. We believe it is easier to climb out of the pool because your body has boyancy in the water. An economical entry system that is very strong, very easy to assemble and occupies limited space with your pool. The entry comes complete with a self-closing, self-latching and lockable gate to restrict access to the pool (lock not included). Also available - add an optional in-pool light to enhance the pool environment. The light provides for safe entry / exit after dark. Another quality entry system by Vinyl Works Canada.

Pros: Excellent ladder for pools where inpool space is limited (even curved edge pools like mine), and excellent design engineering (except see cons)
Cons: The 2 inserts for inpool ladder are fragile, as molded holes to drill may not line up well with these smaller filler inserts causing the bolt to go in at an angle and consequently split the inner nut
Overall superbly desinged and engineered ladder - Vinyl works thinks outside the square with a step exit and ladder entry. Almost impossible to find any other company considering this relationship with inpool space and the reality that water suspension helps one exit a pool on the ladder while the ladder is broad stepped as well.
