The ladder is adjustable from 48" to 54" for proper installation requirements and stability. Maximum adjustment for pools with 47¾" wall up to a 56½" wall. The ladder features four treads on both sides and a top platform tread. The ladder treads measure 17¼" wide x 3½" deep. The tread rise measures 10¾" high. The top platform measures 18½" wide x 11½" deep.

The weight of this unit is a combination of the ladder and the stabilizer. The ladder ( in box ) weighs 58lbs, while the stabilizer ( in box ) weighs 7lbs.

The ladder that came with our Intex pool was very flimsy. I was looking everywhere for a more sturdy ladder but all the standard above ground pool ladders were not designed to work on Intex pools. I really like the stabilizer as it keeps the ladder very stable since you cannot attach the ladder to the Intex top rail. This ladder was exactly what I was looking for.

Pros: Stabalizer bar
Cons: To flimsy / thin.
After 2 months of use, this ladder has started to fail. The sliding rung part keeps slipping out of the rail/guide. Meaning it comes apart as you climb into the pool. To fix this problem we made the sliding rungs fixed. We no longer can slide it up. For us that is not an issue because of where we live. How long this fix will last is unknown. The ladder is made with very thin resin. It is not a tube/pipe shaped as other resin ladders are. The bolts are also starting to rust. The ladder, while more stable than the Intex one, is very flimsy. Ladder rungs , top platform and the platform handles bend with even as small as 100 lb. person on them. No one over 200 lbs. uses this ladder. The only reason we give this ladder a rating of 2 is the stabalizer bar is wonderful. It does stop the shifting from side to side.

Exactlly what we were looking for! Very durable and perfect for kids and adults alike to climb in and out. Love the top landing! Did have a broken piece when it arrived by called the manufacturer and they sent replacement right away.

This is a Great product, very well made. It beats the ladder that came with the intex pool hands down. If you have children, this is the ladder for you.
