Pros: Cheaper than Pentair, good durability
Cons: Straps around pleats tend to break
I have been using these generic cartridges for over 4 years. I change them out every two years so I am now on my 3rd set. No major problems with any filters and you save $$$ using generic.

Pros: Nice price
Cons: size of the den holes are smaller causing a very tight fit
The filter paper is not of the quality of what I had before. I hope the durability will stand the test of time. They are too expensive to be replacing more than once each year. The holes on the ends are a bit smaller than the original cartridges I had. Thus it was very difficult to press the top of my Pentair filter back into place. Again, I hope this will "wear" into place, but again, it was quite difficult to get the filter put back together with these new cartridges.

Pros: Excellent fit and work very well
Cons: Haven't had them long enough to know.
The pool filters fit great, after installing them the flow of the water drastically inproved and now after a few days of use the water is crystal clear again.
