The Vico spa pump consists of a vico wet-end combined with an Advantage Manufacturing motor. Vico side discharge pumps are energy efficient and provide reliable performance to any spa application. The wet end of each pump has the ability to rotate, offering an easy, no hassle installation.

What make is motor,is it switchless design, is the frame 48 or 56, what type of cord dose it have,what is the motor hp and current draw hi/lo speed,is pump and motor new or rebuilt?

This pump does have a rebuilt motor and it will be by one of the following motor manufactures Emerson, GE, AO Smith or Magnetek. The cord is not included with this pump, but we do offer a 4 PIN AMP cord as well as J & J Mini cord which can be attached to the pump. These cords are $24.99 each. The motor HP is rated at 6 BHP on the high speed with an amp rating at 12.5  The HP rating on low speed is .33 or 1/3. the low speed amp rating is 3.4 The motor on this pump is a 56 frame motor. The motor has an internal switch for the hi and low speeds, but this would be controlled via a spa control system which would switch between the hi and low speeds.
