I have a genfoam metal frame pool and i need an F2000C pump and skimmer combo or I need to know how to convert to another as I cannot seem to find the pump needed.

We would suggest the Waterway Pump and Filter System (520-4070) listed here as a great upgrade to the F2000C pump system. You should much better with this system.

How many gpm does it flow? Is it ok with salt water? Thank you.

Hi Tom - The Gallon Per Minute (GPM) rating for this pump is 30 GPM. This pump is designed for use with standard pool salt systems which have a salt concentration of 2,500 parts per million (PPM) - 4,500 PPM salt. This system is not designed for sea water which has a much higher PPM of salt, typically sea water is 35,000 PPM of salt.

I have an above-ground metal frame Heritage pool, approx. 3200 gal. It came with the Dirt Eater Skimmer (DES) filtration system, which has nearly 1/16 hp (44 watt) pump and 5 sq ft cartridge filter. As a result, I find myself rinsing the filter every 12-24 hrs, which is a real pain. Looking at replacing my DES system with this one. I prefer cartridge filters over sand. I want to be sure that a 25 sq ft filter is going to be sufficient.

Hi William, This filter systems would work on up to a 2,500 gallon pool. Unfurtantely we are currently out of stock on this system. Here is a link to other Above Ground Pool Filter Systems you may want to consider.
