Hi Tom, This plug can be used for 240 volts as long as the amps do not exceed 20. This is just the housing, the wires and pins are not included.

Hi John, This plug can be used with 240 volts, you can use the Male Pin (58-50030) with this plug.

How do you crimp the ends for this type of connector? Is there a tool?

Hi, David. The Multi-Purpose Hand Crimping Tool (Molex Amp Pins) (31F1049) is required when using the Pin, Female, AMP, 14-20 AWG or Pin, Male, AMP, 14-20 AWG.
