2-3/4" from end to end. 1-15/16" is the hole spacing from center of hole to center

Can this anchor be used on an above ground pool?

These are strictly used to mount to the coping on an in-ground pool. This is made to mount to a rounded surface. The 3839-0 is similar but will mount to a flat surface.
