Hello Gary - I was able to find a little more tech information for this Blower : Fits Pentair MiniMax NT STD, LN pool and spa heater with 6800 controller models 250, 300, 400. Error Code came up E04 Fan Failure.
Does this mean I probably need a new blower?
The heater is twelve years old.

Hi Don, Error code E04 is for the Fan sensor. You can try following the troubleshooting instructions in the MiniMax® NT Series Service Manual to see what exactly is causing that code to appear.

Pentair Minimax nt with code E03 and the blower motor, when hot, just hums ,heater will not light up,any suggestions

Obviously, I was not really happy to have to purchase a Blower motor, but I needed it and I needed it fast. Although it was past the deadline for next day delivery, I STILL received my order the next day. Cleveland was friendly and made it happen! Great team work "INYOpools".
