Are these made of abs I In need to glue them to pvc will pvc glue work to join them.

My cartridge filter is a Pentair CCP500 or 520 and was installed in June 2001. The bulkhead union fitting which I'm replacing is union end x threaded to mate with the internal fitting. The threaded end has an outside diameter of approximately 2-1/4". It appears from the picture of your fitting that it has a union end x plain end.

Hi, Alvin. This Union kit includes the tail end which is what the PVC is glued to, the nut which is what connects the tale end to the tank bulkhead and the o-rings.
