You list the dimensions for this product at 12x12x1. I don't believe that us correct. Could you please provide the following dimensions when the clamp is FULLY CLOSED:
1.The outside diameter
2,The inside diameter
3. The dimensions of the groove. It's a trapezoidal shape The opening is wider than where the back attaches to the band.

Hi Jesse, You are correct we had these dimensions listed inaccurately. We just measured this part in the warehouse and it measures as follows. When the clamp is fully closed the Outside Diameter is 11" and the Inside Diameter is 10-1/2". The groove is wider at the top than the bottom and the grooves outside measurement at the wider side is 5/8" and the inside dimension is 1/2".

My clamp has issues. On it is engraved RG Ray Corp with the number 10026. Its dimensions seem the same as this unit. Do you recognize this number ? Thank you.

how do you order a nut ,

Hello Duffy, In some cases a nut is used to tighten this clamp which we don't carry however you can also use a knob that has the same function. That part number is 5056-30. I have also emailed you an estimate that you can convert to an order if you would like. Item is in stock and ready to ship.
