I have an older "seven seas spa" manufactured in Albany NY about 30 years ago. The thermostat is not working properly. This is an inground spa and the topside controll appears to be a "Len Gordon 2001-2SS10 part #930630-516. Is just the thermostat replaceable of do I need the entire control? Last question is where does the thermostat probe get placed? I don't recall seeing it anywhere around the accessable servicable parts.

Hi, Gary. The thermostat and temperature probe is not sold separately, you will have to replace the entire unit. The probe is installed in the plumbing on the intake side measuring the temperature going into the heater.
