I have a Proline Clearwater Element Filter from 2001, and the Coupling Assembly that connects the filter to the pump is leaking (not the gasket but the actual assembly itself). The proline part # in the owner manual is 419-7210. On your website it shows the part as a little different (419-7220). Can you confirm this is the same part please, and I will order it.

Russ, From what I gathered p/n 419-7210 is just for the tank coupling. P/N 419-7220 via our website is for the complete assembly.

I have a Proline element filter CG2-17740 ang got a new pump call HAYWARD Power-flo Matrix 1.5 HP -115 volt. The Coupling assembly from the old pump does not fit into this one. Do you know which one should be the coupling assembly that will fit the Proline element filter to this Hayward Power-flo matrix pump

Hi Luz, You can use the 1-1/2" Union (SP1480BLK) to connect the Hayward Matrix Pump with to your Proline element filter.

I have a Clearwater Cartridge Filter and just purchased the Hayward Power Flo Matrix pump (0-196035-20). What do I need to be able to connect these two units together? The filter coupling is too large for the new pump discharge.

So in order to confirm the parts that you may need for your filter we actually need to confirm the specific model name or number of it. If you cannot locate that you can always send us images to upload@inyopools.com so we can review and further advise.
