Hi Lou, According to the Waterway Catalog the Flat Gasket-711-4010 is what is used on the pump end and O-ring-805-0224 of this Coupler.

I need a standard coupling for my aquastar waterway filter it is 41/4 inches long 1 3/4 inches threaded end and 2 3/4 inches side discharge end. Changing pump motor for above ground pool with hayward powerflow matrix 1 hp but need the coupling. If you can help let me know thank you

does the coupling come in a longer size the one I got was to short to reach the filter area. Or do you have and extension that I can get for the filter housing?
