Free shipping would apply to the 48 States in the USA. There will be a fee for shipping to Canada. On the product page, just below the price of the item, is a shipping calculator link. You can click on this link, select Canada and enter your postal code to see the shipping charges. All orders ship UPS and you would be responsible for any duties of fees.
