is there a part to raise the top ring. mine is installed ground level and it keeps getting dirt inside the basin?

Jim, Unfortunately we do not carry any extension collars for this part ,but if you do a web search for auto-fill paver collar. You will find the alternative you need with an extension collar.It will raise it up out of the way. You will just need to silicone it in so you don't get water or dirt in it.
