Yes, this is the pin that holds the handle to the key stem assembly.

My bump handle broke and I bought a replacement. How do you remove the pin (Pin, Pivot (ecx1013)) that holds the handle to the cover?

Hi, Bing. To remove the pin, you will have to knock it out.
