Can a faceplate be replaced on a vinyl pool without replacing the liner? My liner is only 6 years old and my hayward face plates are all cracked...….
I'm afraid that if I remove the screws it will shift and I won't be able to line them up... Can it safely be done properly without worry?

Hi, Ronald. Yes, you can replace the inlet fitting faceplate without changing the liner.
