This 520272 product is the part that I need, but I can't see if it has the red and black wires protruding out from the base. I was told that you must replace the part with the correct part for successful operation. Do you have this particular exact item in stock?

Hi Milton, The Sensor Temp Replacement (520272) is an O.E.M. item and does have the colored wires for easy installation.

My Compool solar controller has 2 sensors, 1for water temp, 1 for sun. Which is the correct replacement for the sun sensor?

Hi Mike, This Temperature Sensor will work as either a Water, Air and or solar sensor.
