How long are the included straps?

How many straps come with the kit. Can I get the straps without the hardware.

There are a total of 10 sets of fasteners. Each set includes a 26 long blue strap, a set of plastic fasteners to attach the strap to the solar blanket, and a set of screws to attach the strap to the solar reel.
