The CX3020DA (4811-50) will not work with the C4030. The correct manifold is part number CX3030C.

Hello David - Part number CX3020DA will not work with the C-3000. Part number CX3000DA is the correct top closure plate.

Will this top manifold work in a C-4000 filter? What is the dia. of the filter plug on this manifold.

Hi, Thomas. This top manifold will not fit the C-4000 filter, you will need the Top Closure Plate (C3000/4000) - CX3000DA. The filter plug as you call it is 3".
