Yes you can replace the top cover and lever for the SP714 valve with the Hayward SP714 Cover & Handle Assembly here.

I need to purchase the complete set up on top of the sand filter. Which includes the adjustable handle on top.can I get that and what's the price. Thanks

You can either purchase the generic complete multiport valve or the original manufacturer model that you can view on this parts diagram on key letter A.

i have a spider valve SP714A what is the correct spider gasket I see sp714t but no sp714a

Hi, Jon. The Diverter Gasket is not sold as a separate part, you will have to replace Diffuser Assy - SPX0714CA.
