is this valve new or used,is there 6 holes at base of valve

Hi Larry, This valve is new and does require (6) 5/16-18 X 1in bolt to fasten it to the Filter body.

Hi Eric, yes this valve does need a valve to filter gasket which does come with this kit.

I need to replace the valve on my sand filter. The filter model no longer reads very well. It looks like ST24. I send you the picture. Can the Valve model, 6 Pos, w / Unions 15VK-24 - 39258405R fit? The valve that is there now has 7 positions

Hi Orazio, yes the Jacuzzi multiport valve model 39258405R is compatible with the Jacuzzi Sand Trap ST24 model sand filter and does look to match your current valve application.
