I am wondering what the dimensions are for item pt #3705-2. I have a return line coming into a fiberglass step. The inside thread needs to be 1-3/4" and the total outside overall 3-1/2. Would this be the item I need?

The return jet leaks on my above ground pool, where the elbow meets the side of the pool. The manual is vague regarding what "right angle cell mounting adaptor" hardware is needed. It is a Hayward AQ-TROL-RJ above ground pool chlorinator generator.

I discovered it's the part where the elbow attaches to the pool. There's a wrinkle in the liner so the seal on the inside of the pool doesn't seal.The I'm going to wait till I close the pool to fix it. What part do I need?
