Are the replacement parts OEM or after market? Also does the bundle include the baffles?

This is an OEM part. The tube bundle does come with the baffles.

Hello, with the Bundle kit the gaskets for the headers are not include you will need to order Gasket O-ring (set Of 2) (006713f)

How to replace a heat exchanger tube, on a bundle, for a RAYPAK 824.

You tube has a great video made by Raypak. Are you sure everything else is in perfect condition before you change the heater exchanger? Have your pool water checked before you go through this repair. Water must be perfectly balanced to keep your heat exchanger to have the longevity it was made for.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0O9HOasCBfQ
