My touch Pad for my Jandi AE-Ti heat pump has cracked from the heat from the sun. The controller still functions properly. The only part that I need is the plastic panel with the lay out of which button is which. Can you buy that plastic panel separately?

My Jandy Controller Assy, AE-Ti series 2004-06 - R3001300 is reading *system locked*. Cut power (breaker), but still does it upon reconnect. Any suggestions?

Hi, Robert B. To lock or unlock the keypad, press and hold the POOL, SPA, and Heat/Cool buttons for 6 seconds.
