Hello Laura, Zodiac Pool Systems does not have a replacement Antenna for this unit.

My piece model says No. 8252. How do I know it is the correct one? What got damage was the memory. Is there a way to replace that?

Hi German, This is the correct transceiver for the AquaPalm Handheld remote. You can not replace the memory, you will have to replace the entire unit.

My part says model number 8252. I saw some parts that look exactly the same but said model number 8262. Are these compatible?
