Floor-Specific Robotic pool cleaner
My customer has a nc22 that goes about 3-5 feet + then stops, what could be the problem? I have tried it with two different power units.

Paul- Per the owner's manual for the SmartKleen Universal Cleaner NC22 it says there could be water getting into the motor compartment.

My Kleen Machine quit. Probably the motor. Where can I take it for repairs. I live in Akron, Ohio.

Les, Unfortunately, we don't have a list of pool equipment repair shops by area in our files, but any local pool supply store should be able to help you. If they can't do the repair themselves they should be able to direct you to someplace that can.

Smartkleen nc22 when I put it in the water and all the air bubbles are out I turn it on and the fan runs but the unit doesn't move or it does move for a second and it stops right away. Filter bag is correctly installed. My unit he been working fine for 2 months

my smart klean is not moving in the pool. I think the roller motor might have stopped working. I'm in Phoenix, where is the nearest place where the motor can be replaced? What is the approximate cost to replace this motor?

Good Afternoon Bobby, Sorry the cleaner you ask about we no longer carry nor do we have access to any repair parts for that cleaner. also, Unfortunately we can not recommend any repair shops in your area. The only advice I can offer is to check with your local pool supplier and see if they can order parts or service your cleaner. Cons: one of the small velcrow filters came off, I repaired it
All auto Pool cleaner, Scrubs the bottom and slope sides very good.It cleaned the polland that had fallen and stuck to the sloped walls and bottom; along with the bugs and worms.

Pros: Easy to clean and set up
Cons: sometimes runs on back wheels and front is in the air
I have a 20 x 40 pool and it did a nice job, My only issues were that after 2 hrs it stops and needs to be restarted, for a pool my size I have to run it again to make sure all gets done. The other issue is that sometimes when moving the front wheels will lift off the ground and only go on the back wheels, hopefully this will stop, but I do like it and works well I just think it would be better for a smaller in ground pool.
