where the hose connects to actual sweeper, it keeps coming loose. Unit still works but can't keep the end of hose inside the unit, round surround that use to attach to top won't stay secure. On top it appears as if there are 4 small slits, is there a piece that is suppose to fit into those slits to keep the cord entering the unit secure so it will stay in place on outside and not keep coming loose.
