Pros: Very sturdy
Cons: A little to stiff
Overall, I'm pretty happy with the board. I thought it was a little expensive for such an accessory. As stated above very sturdy and it helps there are holes in the board to put your hands. It's stiffness can make swimming a little more difficult to maneuver.
