The MicroSkim Replacement Filter Brushes (2007 - present) measure 12" in length.

We need the four green brushes 12 inches long and about 4 inches in diameter that hang from a rod. Which ones would I order?

It sounds like you have one of the older model 99218 MicroSkims (prior to 2007).  These units have brushes that hang from a single rod.
