The 60024 Ultraklean Pressure Filter has a diameter of 10.5" and height of 19.5".

Do you have to change the filters inside the Ultraklean and if so, how often?

Periodically, you will need to change the foam filter inside the unit. According to the manufacturer, the frequency depends on how dirty the pond gets. As a rule of thumb, when you can't clean the foam by hose it is time to replace the filter.
