If I read this right, it's a 1-1/4" thread and the other end can take an 1-1/4" ID hose with clamp?

Yes that's correct, The 99155 Fitting Barbed Ml Hose Adapter has 1-1/4" thread on one end and on the other end can accept 1-1/4" ID hose with a clamp.
