I am trying to decide if the motor is the part needed. Can you please send me a picture of what this part looks like? My dolphin nautilus plus 99996403-PC pool cleaner is a gift but non-functional, no purchase proof. Is probably a few months old. No visible damage or abuse, cable and power supply look fine. I need to do more diagnostics before spending $240 for the motor. Thank you

Hi Enrique, We do not have an image of this motor at this time. This motor is compatible with the Maytronics Dolphin Nautilus Plus cleaner. For more troubleshooting you can contact Maytronics at 888.365.7446.

Hi, i have a Naitilus pluss, with problen in the microcontroller board model 2410075LF, do you have this microcontroller board ?, can you send the exmotor "Dolphin 9995376-EX" or microcontroller board to Santiago of Chile ? Thanks
